Who is responsible

The company identified at the end of this notice is responsible for personal data processed through natemotion.net. This policy covers our business website for standing desks, electric beds, TV lifts and related motion products. Contact the privacy email at the end of this notice about this policy or your information.

Information and purposes

When you enquire, we receive the contact details, company information, product requirements and any other information you choose to submit. We use these to respond, prepare quotations and manage business discussions. Website infrastructure processes connection and security information to deliver the site, prevent abuse and investigate faults. Please do not submit sensitive personal information.

Sources and information you choose to provide

We normally receive enquiry information directly from you. A colleague may contact us on behalf of a business; please provide other people’s details only when you are entitled to do so. Fields marked as required are needed to handle that request; without suitable contact details or product requirements we may be unable to reply or prepare a quotation. Other details are optional. This website notice does not describe employee records, connected-device telemetry or a separate product app.

Legal bases and optional measurement

We process enquiries to take steps towards a contract when you are the contracting party, or for our legitimate interests in responding to business contacts. Security and business administration may rely on legitimate interests or legal obligations. Optional analytics, advertising measurement and external media rely on your consent where required. Refusing them does not prevent an enquiry. Any future marketing subscription requires a separate choice.

Measurement boundaries and automated decisions

Where enabled and accepted, measurement uses page and product identifiers, language, downloads, contact clicks, form interaction and a server-confirmed enquiry identifier. Permitted campaign parameters and advertising click identifiers help attribute enquiries. A click or download is not treated as an enquiry. We do not use this website to make solely automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects. Enhanced conversions, remarketing audiences, session recording and customer-list uploads are not enabled in this release. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing.

Providers and international processing

Our origin server and local database are hosted by Vultr in Silicon Valley, United States. When enabled, Vultr CDN uses global edge locations for public static content. Enquiries may be accessed by our staff in China and delivered through our enterprise email provider, currently NetEase. Google Analytics, Google Ads and optional external media providers receive information only for the enabled purposes and choices described in Cookie settings. Access is limited to authorised staff and service providers, except where disclosure is required by law.

Hero background videos

Vimeo Hero background videos at the top of pages load automatically, without waiting for the External media choice. Your browser connects to Vimeo, which may receive your IP address and browser information. We enable Vimeo DNT to limit session tracking, but some security cookies may still be used.

Optional embedded content

Third-party videos in content areas and the Resources video page, maps and appointment embeds load only after you allow External media. Their providers may receive connection and interaction information and use storage under their policies. You can change this choice in Cookie settings. Rejecting optional media does not stop Hero background videos or prevent browsing other content.

Transfers and safeguards

Processing may occur outside your country, including China and the United States. Where applicable, international transfers require a valid legal mechanism and appropriate safeguards; provider agreements and the actual transfer arrangements must be maintained. You can request information about the safeguards and any applicable regional representative through the contact at the end of this notice. Consent to cookies is not a substitute for transfer safeguards.

Retention

Ordinary access and operational logs under our control are retained for up to 90 days, subject to separate incident or legal holds. Cookie choices last 6 months, website attribution up to 90 days, and minimal consent receipts 24 months. GA4 user-level and event-level retention is set to 14 months when enabled; this does not cover every aggregated report. Enquiries without an established business relationship are reviewed 24 months after the last substantive contact, then deleted when no longer needed. Contracts, required business records, email copies, backups and provider logs follow their relevant retention rules; deleting a website record does not automatically remove these copies.

Your choices and rights

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing. You may withdraw optional consent in Cookie settings without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing. We may verify your identity proportionately and respond within applicable deadlines. You may complain to your local supervisory authority. We honour Global Privacy Control by disabling the related advertising purpose. Any applicable rights to opt out of sale, sharing or targeted advertising can also be exercised through the privacy contact; submitting an enquiry does not authorise these uses.

Making a privacy request

Use the email or postal contact at the end of this notice. Tell us the right you want to exercise and enough information to locate the relevant correspondence, such as the email address you used and an approximate enquiry date. Do not send identity documents unless we specifically request a proportionate verification step. We may ask for clarification or proof of an authorised representative’s authority. Where applicable, you may appeal a refusal, complain to a competent regulator, and exercise your rights without unlawful discrimination. We explain any lawful limitation or extension and respond within the applicable deadline.

External links and separate services

Following a link to another website or choosing to contact us through your own email, telephone or messaging service involves that provider’s processing and privacy terms. A link alone is not permission to load optional embedded content on this site. Suppliers may act for us or independently for their own service purposes, as explained in their notices. Contact us if you need information about a particular recipient or transfer safeguard. We do not sell enquiry contact details for money; any applicable opt-out rights for advertising-related sharing remain available through Cookie settings and our privacy contact.

Security, children and changes

We use access controls, secure transport and proportionate security measures. This B2B site is not directed to children and we do not knowingly seek their information.
